WTB MC Waste Gate Top...

I did mine this weekend....it took a little longer
than 2 hours, but I get lost in minute details.

You'll need a 50mm long M12 bolt with a 1.25 mm thread
pitch (fine thread). And a M12 nut. The nut will need
to be cut in half if it is bigger than 0.15". A Dremel
tool comes in handy here. In fact, I couldn't see
doing this job right without the Dremel or similar
cutting/grinding tool.

Drill out the top of the WG with a regular drill and
at least a 1/4" or bigger bit. Use your Dremel to
enlarge the drilled hole if necessary. Cut M12 nut in
half. Take the M12 bolt and work it through the
threads of the WG. Mine had some sealant of sorts that
made in difficult to initially thread the bolt all the
way through.

Insert the bolt through the spring perch and secure
the other end with the cut nut (bolt head is facing
down). I actually used a small dab of JB Weld on the
bolt, perch and nut to make sure they never separate.
Now bolt and perch (attached together) can be threaded
through the WG top. A small notch can be cut on the
top of the bolt so a screwdriver can be used to turn
it and tension the WG spring when its all fitted
togther. It looks like a stud is sticking out the WG
top when everything it done. Thats it !
