Idles differently when cold and warm.

We should also remember the control unit for the ISV. The unit in my English
'87 coupe quattro was soaked from a windscreen seal leak and so the car
would not idle until it was warmed up. I was able to clean up and resolder
the controller. It was behind the glovebox on a RHD car, don't know where it
is on LHD though.
