4000 2.2L 5 cyl. Lifter Ticking Problems...

I bet it's not the lifters.   My money's on the vacuum pump.   Their is a
bar in the vacuum pump that likes to go bad and make contact with the cam
shaft.   It sounds just like a knocking lifter.
