I'm thinking 28K on a 12-13 year old car is suspicious. That's barely
2K miles per year. Can't keep a car running with that. Or maybe it was
left somewhere for 10 of those years.
Anyway, the 1989's were completely galvanized (my '89 100Q, which has
*considerably* more than 28K on it!) is rust free, and it spent it's
entire life in the rust belt of NH.
