Ya, its hard to say as far as hard facts and dyno numbers, but I recommend it as a great upgrade for the money, flowing more air through the intake valve helps, expecially in a turbo motor where higher HP numbers are happening. Ideally, a 35 or 36mm exh. valve would be a good pairing, but aftermarket valves are expensive and tough to come by. Sodium filled is not a necessity, in fact, good stainless valves are stronger, and with a nice wide valve seat and lack of detonation, there is really no need for it-the factory basically trying to reduce failure and increase reliability whereever they can, but not a necessity.
I notice the bigger valve in the higher RPM range, paired with a good cam, can really help open up the top end on a 10v (especially with EFI =)
