Please make the lights go away!

Hello all,
while I drive my 1990 100q around a sweeping corner,
much like on and off ramps, at a speed greater than
35mph my temp light in the middle of the dash starts
beeping  and flashing.  The water and oil temp gage do
not move and after I start to go straight it turns off
not to return.  It happened 3 times on 2 different
ramps.  The water level is maybe 1/2" below in min
level in the tank, any ideas?

Also the brake light hardly ever goes out, red light
that shines all the time, and sometimes blink.
