Pissed off with the same questions all the time

As a semi long time lister, I keep a buttload of old emails 'archived' in a
folder to refer to when repetitive questions show up. I can resend 'em and
not break a sweat. If its something I know someone else will answer, I hit
delete and move on.
My bug is the 'no-spam' addressees - I rarely cc: the list or hit reply all
to keep traffic down. But when someone asks me a question, I take the time
to formulate a reply and it bounces -  I am much less inclined to answer
their questions anymore...
