Unlikely, unless you put more than 50,000+ miles on the car in the last year.
They will fail more quickly if there are problems such as burning oil
or serious mixture problems. Deposits will form on the sensor
slowing or stopping its response to exhaust gasses.
I'd look elsewhere, at the sensors and components involved in the
idle regulation functions. Stuff like the throttle position sensor
switches(mainly, the idle position switch), the idle stabilization
valve, etc.
