Ignition Switch or Starter????

could be either - test by measuring voltage at the wire that is supposed
to trigger the starter - if it gets 12v when trying to start, switch is
ok.  also check the big starter wire, is it getting battery juice, etc.

my bet goes with the starter, but test first, replace later.
