cold start injector identical on CISE to CIS.  hot while cranking (I
thought all the time, but I defer to Ti), grounded by thermo time switch
per temp/time graph in the Bentley - avail used for $40-50 most of the
time and worth every penny if you plan on getting your hands dirty.

I 2nd the suggestion, and add the temp sender for the CIS-E brain, on
the bottom of the top radiator hose flange as a possible culprit.  And
the Oxy. sensor - won't affect cold start, but will murder fuel econ.

and vacuum hoses.  check them, too, esp. the one going from ISV to IM.,

what was that about a FAQ??"?>?>?
