Eurolight Adjustment - Please Help

I could still use some information on this - there wasn't much of anything
useful in the archives that I found.

The adjusters don't appear to be working properly on the 100 style
Eurolights installed in an '87 5000 TQW. Answers to the following
questions/statements would help.

On the left (driver's side - USA) light, Turning the topmost adjuster
clockwise moves the light - up? down? left? right?

On the left (driver's side - USA) light, Turning the side adjuster
clockwise move the light - up? down? left? right?

On the right(passenger's side - USA) light, Turning the topmost adjuster
clockwise moves the light - up? down? left? right?

On the right(passenger's side - USA) light, Turning the side adjuster
clockwise move the light - up? down? left? right?

I noticed there is a lock like feature on the side adjuster - what is it
for/how is it used?

Are there any diagrams on how the Eurolights are assembled? One of the
lights seems loose in the housing, I am trying to determine what is
missing/broke, perhaps a spring.

I understand I may need to remove and re-install the lights, but it would be
helpful to know in advance what I will be looking to repair.

Any other tips that could help me with the adjustment of these light would
be helpful, as I need to be able to show the inspector how to adjust them -
I don't want him failing the lights again because they are "aftermarket" or
not DOT approved.

TIA.

Ben
