If it's the same as the combined vacuum guage/fuel pressure guage I have,
it's missing suitable fittings to hook up to the metering head and
warm up regulator, all it comes with are rubber tubing and fittings to
hook it up to a vacuum line, there's also no valve supplied to check
system pressure and control pressure. It reads up to 7 bar though so if
you do get the right fittings it only costs about 14 quid...

Sykes Pickevant do a fuel pressure guage kit, it costs 400 quid and seems
to be very extensive, I asked my local tool place if they do components
separately and they said that they thought so. I plan to go back and see
how much the bits and bobs for a CIS diagnostic system would be as the kit
includes lots of things that are not included in the JCW guage kit. From a
visual inspection of the kit in the display cabinet of the place, the
guage looks to be very robust with a thick rubber surround similar to the
one appearing in the pics in Probst. I think it also has press fit fuel
line adaptors, rather than screw in ones, if that makes a difference. If
you're in the UK then http://www.cannonsltd.co.uk is the place I saw it,
but beware their web page, navigator 4.7 on solaris 2.8 doesn't like it
one bit. Of course, Halfords can also order SP stuff but I'm not sure if
they'd get hold of bits separately.

When/if I get round to asking Cannons if they can supply the bits
separately then I'll mail the list with the details though it'll mostly be
of interest to UK listers who can't easily get the JCW guage or who don't
want to part with 120 gbp shipping, tax import duty...... ouch!

Cherio,

Graham.
