Valve/Fuel Injector Cleaning

Techron is a good choice.  The stuff "can" work wonders!!

Be sure you change your oil (or at least filter) shortly after running the
injector cleaner though.  The "dirt" will be taken into your oil and can
fill your filter if the engine was dirty enough!!

What is everyone's opinion on fuel injector cleaners?  Is the stuff you
dump in your tank any good?  Any brand recommended over another?  Is it
worth it to get the cleaning that auto repair shops sell and charge you
$100 for?
