Heater not working right on 5KCSQ

The heater on my 5KCSQ is flaking out on me.
The blower wont come on unless I take a hard turn (right seems to work
better than left) and then the blow is very weak even if the fan is turned
to high.

When the blower is functioning (with its weak blow)and I take another hard
turn, I can hear the blower motor push out air at the expected high level,
but that returns to the pathetic blow once the car comes out of the high G
turn...

I just messed with the ignition switch (and by virtue the instrument panel
and headlight switch) if that matters.

What is wrong? Lose wire? Blocked Hose?
