Thanks for all of the replies everybody.  From people's responses, and from=
 checking the archives, I believe below is a list of possible culprits.  So=
me are more likely than others, but from what I've read, I believe that thi=
s is being caused either by an electrical gremlin (because it happens only =
when cold out), or the fuel pump relay.


- Check Intake Ground Wires
- Clean the fuel pump relay contacts
- Check ignition wiring harness
- Check connections at the coil, spark control unit, hall sender
- Vacuum leak at a rigid component
- Check insulation on ECU Power Wire
- Check Injectors
- Check brake/clutch fluid
- Check for leaks in the slave and master cylinders
- Check motor mounts/transmission mounts
- Check intake boot for cracks
