it's your hoses..
replace them all trust me on this.
these cars are VERY sensitive to vacuum leaks.
if you know that there is a hose that is bad there are probably 3 or 4 more
that need replacement
start fixing the obvious.. your Audi will reward you in the end.
looks like you already stated your solution
change the hoses.. then maybe the o2 sensor..

BTW, a 02 sensor for a 90 F150 is a generic 3 wire. cost $39 just cut and
splice.
