200TQ Hydraulic pump chirp/squeal

Listers,

I am prepping my 89 Sedan for delivery to its new owner and it
now has a new problem....  The Hyd pump now squeals for a second or
two on cold start and then 'chirps' when running.

I have the seal kit for the o-rings but I never heard of anyone
replacing bearing on these units?  Can it be done or should I just
find a complete replacement?
