Sagging headliner blues

As a last resort you might try injecting some insulation into the
headliner.
The kind in a can with a long tube. Inject into a slit right below the sag
and enough that it contacts the roof too. Hold up in position until dry and
do not get any on the headliner. There are two kinds you can get minimal
expanding and one that expands alot more.
I have never tried this before but may work.
