WasteGate Problem!

How much is a new wastegate for my 95 S6? See I’m having a problem
 I
drilled the hole into the cover, right, and I was told I am supposed to
turn the stock spring 5 times around. But now I turn it 3 times, and
when I turn it for the 4th time, about ½ way around the 4th time the
bolt gets really hard to tighten! Now I did this with the engine warm,
is that why its not goin down any further? Also any tips cause I have a
6mm allen wrench that’s all no other tools, and how hard is it to change
the wastegate? And is it easy to bring the spring back to stock spring
rate, I turned it back 4 ½ times so I’m thinking its close to stock!?!?!

Help!!!
