Installing a 2.2 ltr 5 cyl turbo into a 84' 4000 S Quattro. "HELP!!"

Hey guys,
             Maybe a stupid question but i do got to ask, I have just
acquired a complete 5000T and need to know besides the engine and computer,
What else is involved in transplanting a turbo motor into an non turbo 4000s?
Harness/wiring problems? Time worth the expense? PLEASE HELP!!
