I does not looks like it is madi of titanium.  I can recognize titanium.
By the way, back in Russia I had a shovel made of titanium. Not shovel
exactly. I don't know how it is called in English but it is like a shovel
but has narrower and straight blade and used for digging.  One plant in
Ural producing stuff from titanium had to, like any other plant in Soviet
Union, produce something for regular consumer besides their
speciality(you can imagine what it was). They did this thing.  People
from our research lab visited that plant pretty often and they provided
everybody from our stuff with this wonderful tool. But, anyway, I don't
think they made from titanium because they are rusted like steel, brown,
heavy oxidation.. Other car from junk yard I took a turbo from had same
thing.
