Sounds like they're not.  Mine were all a green sort
of color, with no rust at all.  The tit. shovel-er
spade sounds cool.  I wonder how much they cost in
Russia?  $.17 USD?  Same thing in Merica?  $2750.00 at
the Sharper Image?
