I think the manifold will fit.  Purchase an exhaust manifold gasket
for both engines and you can validate this.

However, I think the turbo from a 2.0L diesel will be too small
for a 2.3L NA engine.  You didn't say the year of your NA engine;
if it's new enough to have knock sensor(s) that will help keep
the engine together.
