Chris,
I too am interested in "IA's "torquey" junior-RS2 turbo with the IA manifold" in fact I've been working on organizing a group buy, but have been waiting for Ned to get things set up with his new foundry (his local foundry shut down). I know we are going to GB manifolds. The number of turbo orders remains to be seen, as it has to be special ordered from GER. Keep me posted as we will be able to get two more cheaply than one. More folks might be interested as well.
I did my brakes and suspension first because I wanted that foundation, before I added the power of a turbo and the manifold. I believe the G60s were originally used on the 160-something HP 5000. I just didn't feel comfortable using the same brakes for 320hp What's the offset of your BBS wheels? I run Borbet Cs with an offset of 30 and they just clear BIRA System 3. Your BBS wheels may clear as well.

Subject: upgrade advice
I'm considering a turbo / exhaust manifold upgrade (probably the IA
"torquey" junior-RS2 turbo with the IA manifold), but I'm concerned about
the implications this might have on the rest of the car, such as for
instance, the G60 brakes. I'm very happy with my 200q20v the way it is
now (except a little more power would be nice): recent G60 conversion,
16" BBS wheels that won't fit any of the brake packages, stock suspension
redone, rebuilt head/valves (got the car after a Subaru dealership tried
to give it a new timing belt, they failed), new stock injectors, basically
stock everything except for the IA3 chip. But I have a case of fat wallet.
Would running this IA turbo/manifold package overpower the brakes or the
suspension? I don't feel like going through with another brake conversion
at this time, and buying new wheels, with my relatively brand new G60s
performing well for my needs which don't include tracking the car (I get
that out of my system with motorcycles).
