Tire Vibration when Cold

Some tires tend to take a "set" when park for any amount of time. Once the
flat spot is gone, as you mention, they become round again. In one of my
Porsche catalogs I saw a product called a tire cradle (a molded plastic unit
which is flat on the bottom side which sits on the pavement and curved on the
upper section where the tire sits). The idea is to keep the tires "rounder."
Try parking your car on the lawn instead of the driveway as see if that
makes a difference.
