Crank pulley bolts and washers...

Got the super-torque cam and crank pulleys on Friday. I notice in the
Bentley and ETKA that they indicate spring washers under the cap screws
holding the crank pulley to the damper. When I removed the old crank
pulley from the damper it didn't have any washers.

Can I do without these? They're B8x15x0,8 size.

The suggestion to use a big ol' allen key to lock the cam pulley worked
great, folks! :) Thanks.
