Tires for 5kcsq

I need new tires for my car.  The stock size is 205-60/15.  This car is my daily driver, and has recently been modified with SJM 1.8 bar apring and ECU mod.  Another particular... I live in the Chicago area and drive the wonderful highways of the Midwest about 60 miles everyday.  I am not keen on changing tires between summer and winter and would prefer something I can use the year round.  

My preferences in order are:

1.  handling
2.  noise
3.  treadwear.

Any advice would be appreciated.
