You can get engine heaters from Audi in Canada, but I have been informed 
that, at least for my 2.8, they heat the oil pan and do not directly warm 
the block via the coolant in the 'usual' way.  The dealer here in Winnipeg 
automatically installs an engine heater in all the new Audis he gets.
