Power window, dome light relay location, and other questions 1989 100

Hi folks,
 
Hoping I can find some help from the list for a bunch of niggling
problems.
 
1)       Power window (drivers) does not express down anymore. Best
place to look?
2)       Interior lights do not go out. All switches are in the off
position now! (where IS that relay?????)
3)       Installed an aftermarket sound system. Reception is crap. Which
wire is for the amplified antenna? (Not even sure if my car has one?!)
Can it be hooked directly to 12v?
4)       What is regular charging voltage? I am only seeing 13.3 volts
at best. Drops down to 11.6 with rear window defrost, lights and heater
motor on (normal mode in Winnipeg, oh yea and seat heaters as well).
