Clean the ISV and check all the "vacuum" hoses for leaks, see how that
goes.

is the cat clogged? better do something about that soon.
Also check your idle switch, on the bottom of the throttle body, shares
a connector with the WOT switch. Is a '90 a 20v? If so, it may be a
bit different.

someone probably unplugged the fuse (its in the end of the relay)
because the ABS was screwed up. Typical... you can replace the fuse (if
that was the problem, 10A) and see what the ABS does... or leave it out
and remove the bulb, and perhaps the switch as well to reduce confusion.
