as Ti said, check the "tune up" adjustments in case they have been reset
to accomodate the previous problem.

Also, chekc thoroughly for "vacuum" leaks - the ISV to IM hose is a
"usual suspect" - watch it when the engine idles, they tend to squish
flat under vacuum and crack where they squish.
