as said, RR-LR-RF-LF-RR is the basic sequence.  I believe you are also
supposed to do the proportioning valve before and after the slaves.

a reasonably qualified bend 'em themselves shop could make you
something.  Do you mean cat-back or do you need that too?

headlights not on, relay or wiring bad, fluid run out, pump bad... some
possibilities come to mind.  I'd start with the fluid since it's easy.
