5ktq Fuel Pump Relay Question???

well, when it refuses too start you could jumper pins 30 and 87 to see if 
the car will run
if it does i would indeed replace the relay.
this can also be done by jumpering 12v to fuse #13, that will energize the 
fuel pump as well.
