how to adjust eurolights?

Are the load adjusters present on the H4 5000S/100 Euros or are they just on
the Turbo lights?

   Also, make sure the load-adjustment levers are in the same position 
on both units...they should be flipped in the direction that causes 
them to go -up-...that way, when you load the car up heavily or 
trailer something, you can angle the lights downward with a quick 
flip.
