Good Golly No Moly ..D

Hello all,

I'm in the final phase(s) of replacing the clutch on my 84 ksq (what a PITA!).
 The Bentley recommends applying or spreading Moly-D on the pressure plate 
splines.  I cannot locate any any Moly-D at any local resources...most of the 
places never heard of it. The last time I used it myself was in my Beetle 
repair days.  Is there any other lubricant that I can substitute? Also, and 
please forgive the ignorance, I'm assuming that a grade 8 bolt (flywheel/crank 
shaft mount)is better that a grade 5. Any suggestions/confirmations? TIA

P.S. Should I be applying any grease to my new throw-out bearing?
