Nothing useful in this context.  The first is fundamentally a replacement
system pressure regulator for the old-style head.  Useful sometimes if
residual pressure is leaking down.

You can pull the plunger out of the head.  Before doing so, place the head
level and upside down, and measure how far the plunger protrudes.  It has to
be reset to this rest point when it's replaced.

DON'T DROP THE PLUNGER - this writes off the head.
