Valve guides - Update, plz hlp!?

Hi list,

I read some postings on the web, suggesting that we have to reem 
the new valve guides which go into my CGT's KV engine. This, 
since some of the valves simply won't fit the guides - the stems 
seem to be too thick.

Can someone please shed some more light on this? What do we 
use to reem the guides? *newbie monkey lad mode on* A drill 
perhaps?
