90 Quattro pricing in Pacific Northwest

Is there something about 90 Quattros in the Pacific Northwest that causes
them to get higher prices? There are two 5-speeds I'm currently looking at
(both at dealers). One is a 1994 with 62,000 miles, asking price 10, 750.
The other is a 1991 with 93,000 miles, asking price 9,000. Compared to the
ads I see on audifans.com, these prices are way high. Private party asking
prices seem to be similarly high. I can speculate on two factors: First
that cars that have spent their life here don't pick up any rust, and second
that they're aren't many dealers in the area, so there might be a shortage
of used Audis. (The Portland, Oregon dealer has a pretty big monopoly on
the area. The next closest dealer is 180 miles away). Edmunds and Kelly
Blue Book on the web don't help a whole lot, quoting very different values
when the same 90 Quattro is run through them.
Any insights are appreciated!
