Car rear ended this morning

My A4 got nailed from behind this morning by a ComEd (local power
company) work van, he slammed into me on the highway and pushed me into
the car in front.  Looks like both front and rear bumpers are toast, the
front is compressed approximately 1/2 inch.  The rear bumper is now
sitting approx 1-1/2 to 2 inches further forward than it should and the
sheet metal under the trunk lid is deformed.  Any BTDT info on what I
should watch out for and/or insist on getting replaced?  Any recco's for
good Audi knowledgeable bodyshops in the Chicago area?
