Rear fog LIGHT, or LIGHTS?

What's that matter.....Fog lights (front and rear) are supposed to be used
in the fog anyway. (YEAH RIGHT) The problem is that it's *cool* to drive
around with fog lights on.  If people would use (the front and rear) fog
lights when it's, god forbid, FOGGY....this set-up wouldn't matter!!  

It's really too bad they had to put two positions in anyway.  If they were
actually used for FOG then only one position would be required at all.

P.S.  The headlight controls switched to that style in 1998!!
