Radio problems

Hmm...some radios do have a security function.  If there have been 
enough wrong tries, the radio will lock up and need to be left on for 
quite some time in order to reset it.  It will light up, but not do 
anything.

However, I didn't think that 5000's had antitheft radios, only the 100/200's...
