how to adjust eurolights? EUROLIGHTS SUCK!

Are your euros used? My 5k, non-turbo, H4 euros came from the junkyard
and I have similarly been unimpressed with the low beam performance. The
cutoff is nice and clean, and the beam is even, but they're just not
that bright. The highs are really bright, though.
I found the cause of this: reflector plating. The top surface of the
reflector (above the bulb) has lost most of its plating. And the H4
bulb's light is all directed up on low-beam.
That, I think, is why the highs still look good: the other surfaces are
okay, and they're all used by the high-beam.
Dave Head and Al Powell had theirs replated a few years ago for about
