VWtool use

It looks as if I've managed to retrieve all of the relevent Visual Basic
files needed to run this thing on NT - I'll find out in a few days when
my replacement Vag-Com cable arrives (old one was stolen. After that,
let me know if you decide you need a backup copy. For the old V8s it
seems to be snappier at communicating than Vag-Com so I often use it to
read and clear codes. Definitely not as good as Vag-Com though...
