4k turbo conversion budget

Hey all,
    I'm trying to get a grasp on the price for the 4k conversion to an MC 
engine.   I've already got an engine, tie rod, computer, and downpipe lined 
up.  Now I'm wondering what else I'm going to have to pay for.   Can anyone 
that has done the conversion give me an estimate on costs from this point 
on?    I need to know how much $ to set aside.
