4k turbo conversion budget

It all depends on what your going to do while your in
there.  You could be cheep an just put it in.  You
probably will not need anything else if you are going
to swap in the MC fuel system.  Just odds and ends. 
IMHO it doesn't make sense not to do some maintence
while you have it torn apart, seals, clutch(which will
need to be larger anyways), motor mounts, timing belt,
water pump, etc..  Oh yea, and for the love of god
change the head gasket.  It doesn't get any easier
that while the engine is out of the car.
