As an FYI, to get the maximum life and protection for your Audi, I know
I'd suggest (as well as I'm sure many other listers) going with Mann,
Mahle or Audi (all OEM) filters. Many sources (as well as the dealer) the
Mann and Mahle (OEM suppliers) usually a little less expensive than Audi.
Also, I know Smitty would support this, but try Repco Deluxe brake pads.
Excellent modulation, braking power and really quite dustless and
noiseless. Don't know about their fade resistance (yet!) on the track but
I know that at least a few others have happily tracked them. Definitely
reasonably priced, usually LESS than the famous (and crappy, ask me how I
know) Repco Metalmasters, and totally in line with typically priced
Raybestos pads.
