80/90 Front Door Speaker Pocket Info

Hey folks.  Some people have been asking about the speaker pockets I am
about to use in my 90q20v.  The pockets go in the front corner of the door
and hold a standard 6 1/2" speaker.  You can see them here:

I have them in hand here in VT at the moment.  They are made from ABS
plastic and seem to be quite sturdy.  They come with all the mounting
hardware, grilles, instructions, and a template for cutting the door panel.

I ordered them from a friend in Germany, a set for me and a set for Huw.  My
friend in Germany can get them and they cost around $100US, but he's a slow
friend, took him 3 weeks to get me the pockets, he's just busy.  I haven't
asked my parts man in Austria if he can get these, but if there is enough
interest I can do that too.

There is one likely problem with the airbag equipped 80/90 in the US only.
Our driver's door panel has a sculpted pad that meets the knee bolster.  To
my eye this looks like it will interfere with the installation of the
pocket, so I may have to convert to the normal door and parcel shelf or
grind the pocket to fit the panel.
