At last the cause of the infamous Unintended Acceleration problem has been
revealed. Acorn lodged in throttle linkage. All those court cases, all that
publicity, all that lost prestige in the auto world..........just a matter
of putting an acorn detector in the right place and perhaps a few acorn
shields here and there. And the whole automotive world would have been
different.
Perhaps someone will now come up with an after-market kit, to sell in areas
of high acorn infestation. Preobably should be some risk-reward studies
done first.
I'm glad the 15 year mystery is being resolved. Great work, Glenn!
