valve seals?

Get someone to drive behind you with the car at least warm and see if you
get a puff of smoke at gear changes, especially when changing down and using
the engine as a brake.

If not, I would suspect the turbo inlet side oil seal.  If so, don't worry
about it.  It's just not worth the expense of early intervention - wait
until it gets worse.  I've even known it get better if the car is driven
hard and fast for a while.
