Re-coloring leather

       I got so much off-line mail to my response to this question by another 
lister that I am giving a link to an article at the Ferrari Club Website.
 <A HREF="http://www.ferrariclub.com/faq/leatherdye.html">Leather, re-dye</A> 
 I have no experience with the products recommended. I have had good success 
with less expensive products. The important thing to remember is that moat 
leather dye is lacquer.
